If you want to achieve fast weight loss then hypnosis is the most effective way to achieve your goal. Many people underestimate the power that hypnosis has in losing weight and controlling cravings. Hypnosis helps change the way you think about food and your body reacts to your mind.

As you reach a comfortable state in hypnosis, you can be given suggestions to lose your cravings for improper foods such as sugar, and be given suggestion to start drinking more water. Hypnosis is a fun and easy way to be programmed for weight loss, making losing weight something that your body really enjoys.

Suggestions that are not reinforced have a tendency to weaken after four days. To prevent this from happening and experience fast weight loss, reinforce a new behavior on a daily basis. This can be achieved by listening to a hypnosis CD everyday.

Thirty minutes of hypnosis will create a deep level of relaxation that is equivalent to two hours of REM sleep. By programming your mind for fast weight loss while you are asleep, your mind and body can work together to create the ideal image that you always dreamed of.

Listening to hypnosis CD’s daily helps achieve the true success with hypnosis. The desire for inappropriate foods can be eliminated by strengthening your old weak habits with ongoing reinforcement. This process will assist you in achieving fast weight loss and will also give you more willpower, discipline and self control.

Natural Treatments Show Promise for Diabetes

It’s not  unusual that diabetes is thought of as one of the most deadly diseases that we’re living with today. Diabetes is the primary cause of blindness among adults in the U.S.. Thousands of people are blinded each year because of this disease. Hundreds of thousands of limb amputations have been performed on diabetic patients in order to save their lives. Most of the patients in hospitals that are waiting for liver transplants, need the transplant because diabetes has ravaged their own. And, diabetes, left untreated, can lead to impotency, nerve loss, hypertension, and many more serious diseases.

Promising new cure for diabetes is getting closer every day. In the normal course of events, when a person is told by his doctor that he has diabetes, his doctor will prescribe one or more pharmaceutical drugs to help them control their disease. But many people are interested in natural diabetes treatments as well. Here are just a few that have been used throughout the centuries:

Bitter gourd - this is a tropical plant, also known as bitter melon or kerela. Originally grown in Southeast Asia, China, and Africa.  You can find it in most health stores. Some health articles recommend taking one tablespoon of bitter gourd daily, on an empty stomach, to reduce your blood glucose levels. Alternatively, you can cook it and eat it as a vegetable along with your meal.

Cinnamon - this dried and ground bark has been used as a natural diabetes treatment for hundreds of years. People with diabetes have difficulty processing the glucose in their blood stream. In clinical trials, cinnamon appears to assist the body’s fat cells in utilizing the glucose in the bloodstream. This is why it appears to be so effective. Absolutely, anything that assists the body in processing glucose will be beneficial in normalizing blood glucose levels.

Chromium supplements - many wellness gurus conjecture that the soils that crops are grown in these days is seriously lacking in a lot of the trace elements that at one time naturally resided in the earth. One of these trace elements is chromium, which in some tests has shown to provide diabetes patients with substantial improvement from their diabetes symptoms. Chromium is believed to help the body produce insulin as well as to help the insulin already in the body to perform at a greater level of efficiency. As of today, however, there has been no government regulated trials to test the effectiveness of chromium on diabetes.

Kino - This medicinal herb is a very popular Indian medicine that has been used by them for diabetes treatment for a long time as a treatment for diabetes.

Exercise - type 2 diabetes has become a real epidemic in this country. Many health experts lay the problem directly on the combination of them eating too much fast foods and lack of exercise. A theory, that many doctors subscribe to, is that too much body fat leads to diabetes in those that have a family history of diabetes. They believe that it is something about the excess fat that triggers the inability of the body to produce insulin or to use that insulin to process the foods they eat.

There’s no doubt that tested pharmaceutical drugs are effective in treating diabetes. With natural herbs and supplements, however, there’s usually no documented history of their effectiveness. Therefore, before taking any herbal treatment for diabetes, make sure you talk it over with your primary health care physician first.

4 Warning Signs of Hypoglycemia

When your blood glucose level falls below average levels, the consequence is hypoglycemia or abnormally low blood sugar. The typical cause of this condition is either an overabundance of insulin or an inadequate diet. But, hypoglycemia can also be triggered in diabetics by a delay in eating a meal or as a result of over-stressing the body from too much exercise. Many people refer to hypoglycemia as “insulin shock” due to the severe and explosive effect that it has on the body. Hypoglycemia can potentially cause brain dysfunction and damage. That’s why it’s critically important that those who are at risk learn to recognize it’s symptoms. According to research paper about diabetes mellitus, common symptoms are:

Blanched and perspiring skin - at the first signs of hypoglycemia, the body begins producing and releasing epinephrine, which is also known as adrenaline. It does this in an effort by the adrenal glands to raise the body’s blood glucose levels. When levels of the epinephrine hormone reach a high enough point in the body, the skin to become pale.

Rapid heart beat - adrenaline has many effects on the body. Two primary effects are to cause the blood vessels to become constricted and the heart rate to speed up. The affected person may go through heart palpitations and experience a pounding heartbeat. In addition, the excess adrenaline flooding through the body can cause trembling of the limbs, tingling sensations in the hands and feet, and, ini general, a sense of anxiety.

Severe headaches - The brain is one of our major organs. And like all of the body’s major organs, it needs glucose to function. When the body’s blood sugar levels drop, all of a sudden the brain has less glucose available to it. Now, if there is merely a tiny decrease in the glucose levels, the result may be a mild headache or possibly double vision. If, however, the drop is more severe drop, the person can possibly have a seizure. And an even greater drop can possibly lead to loss of consciousness, difficulty concentrating and confused speech  or, in the worst case, lapsing into a coma.

Extreme hunger - the body is always in a constant state of adjusting itself to various circumstances. When the blood sugar levels drop, the body instinctively knows that it needs food to get the levels up again. The way of letting us know that is to send hunger signals to the brain in an attempt to get us to eat. Once we eat, the blood glucose levels return to normal and the hunger subsides.

The above symptoms usually do not start to show until the blood glucose levels fall a fairly significant amount such as below 60 milligrams per deciliter of blood. Also, if the person is taking medications for symptoms other than diabetes, it’s important to be aware that some medications may mask some of these symptoms. In addition, not everyone has the same reactions to low blood sugar so they may naturally experience different symptoms.

For a person diagnosed with diabetes, It’s not at all unusual for him or her to occasionally get hypoglycemia. In fact, diabetics may become very familiar with many of these symptoms since the regulation of blood glucose levels with medicines is not quite an exact science. As the blood sugar levels return to normal, however, the symptoms will usually slowly dissipate. Nevertheless, anyone experiencing any of the conditions listed above should make sure that their physician or health care provider is aware of them.

Diabetes Symptoms – Visit your doctor

At first, diabetes signs can be subtle or seemingly benign — that’s if you have them at all. You could have diabetes for years and not notice any diabetes symptoms. Being aware of potential diabetes symptoms can mean early diagnosing and treatment — and of course better health.

Diabetes Symptoms are Excessive thirst and increased urination: Drinking more and urinating more is an early sign of diabetes. When someone has diabetes, extra sugar (glucose) builds up in the blood.

The kidneys are forced work harder to take in the extra sugar. If the kidneys can’t do the job, the extra sugar is passed into the urine with the liquids taken from the tissues. This causes more frequent urination, which may leave you dehydrated. As you would expect, the more u drink the more you pee.

Fatigue: There are many elements that can lead you feeling exhausted. One of which is the lack of fluids cause by frequent urination, another is the body’s unfitness to work, since it’s unable to soak up the sugar for energy.

Weight loss: Weight variations also fall under the comprehensive of possible diabetes symptoms. When one loses sugar by often urination, one also loses calories.

Also, if the diabetes stops the sugar from getting to the cells it could cause constant hungriness. The combined outcome is possible weight loss, especially if you have type 1 diabetes.

Blurred vision: One symptom can be damage of the vision. High amounts of blood sugar take liquid from the lenses of the eyes. Which makes it harder to focus. Left untreated, this could cause new blood cells in the retina — the hind part of the eye — as well as damage old vessels. For a lot of people this doesn’t cause any harm. But, if these alters advance and are ignored, they can lead to sight loss and blindness or other eye problems health. This is a type 2 diabetes symptom.

Slow-healing sores or frequent infections: Some people have noticed that bruises seem even more usual if they have diabetes. There has not been enough research d! one to prove if this is true or not. It could be the high amount of blood sugar spoils the body’s natural curing process and the ability to combat contagions. For women, bladder and vaginal contagions are common.

Tingling hands and feet: Extra sugar in the blood can take to nerve injury. One may see prickling and loss of sense in the hands and feet, as well as burning ail in the arms, hands, legs and feet.
